The product of love and experimentation, Tinker Gin is a fresh and innovative gin. Brilliantly light with well-rounded berries 6and gentle sherbet. It is made by distilling juniper, coriander, orange, lemon, cassia, cinnamon, orris, angelica, liquorice, nutmeg and elderberries to create a contemporary classic. Taking traditional botanicals and giving them a modern, Spanish twist, Tinker has been designed to make the perfect Gintonic.
Tinker is at its best when served in an ice-filled copa glass with slices of pear and a healthy splash of Fever-Tree Naturally Light Tonic Water. Spanish style gin is a thoroughly modern phenomena and is at the heart of the current gin boom.
It’s a move away from traditional gins with their dry, pine-like flavours and a shift towards spirits with more varied flavours: fruits and flowers, herbs and spices. Overall, it is a softer, more rounded style. It’s a broadening of gin as a whole.

GreatDrams says … People are turning towards spirits that have some personality behind them and Tinker Gin fits the bill perfectly. The packaging is also a wonderful mix of modern and traditional, with a simple yet effective look to it. It is bright and eye catching, but with limited writing, so you know exactly what it is you are buying.
The liquid inside is pretty damn impressive, too. It is crafted to make the perfect “Gintonic”, which might just sound like I’m leaving out the “and” of “Gin and Tonic” but actually this is what the Spaniards refer to Gin and Tonics as. It is served in a balloon copa glass with ice and lots of different garnishes such as flowers and herbs. It is a movement away from the traditional, somewhat more boring G&Ts.
